The B-SUV segment has become one of the most important in the European market in terms of sales volume in just a decade. Conscious of it, Peugeot has put all the meat on the grill for the renewal of 2008, whose second generation has surpassed the barrier of 700,000 units in just four years. The restyling also affects its 100% electric version, the e-2008, of which more than 75,000 copies have been shipped in three and a half years.

The aesthetics of the e-2008 have evolved to adapt to the new Peugeot design language. The front end has a more aggressive look, with daytime running lights in the form of a triple “claw” and a wider grille that “bites” the sides of the bumper. The GT finish also debuts new full LED headlights.

Like other recent launches of the brand such as the 308 or the 508, the updated e-2008 sports the new Peugeot corporate logo, inspired by the badge used by the company in the early 60s. At the rear we find the name of the manufacturer written on a black molding that joins the pilots, which are brand new a new interior layout.

In the passenger compartment we should highlight the renewed digital instrumentation and the 10-inch touch screen for the infotainment system, which now includes wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
