One of the most popular electric cars in the world, the Nissan Leaf, has just been updated with various changes at the design level.
Nissan Spain has just detailed the key data of the 2022 renewal of the Leaf, one of the most popular electric cars in the world. The update of this car will be available at Spanish dealers from April with a starting price that will start at 19,900 euros (with all the brand’s official promotions and discounts already included, in addition to the state aid granted by the State to encourage the purchase of this type of vehicle).
On the outside, this one hundred percent electric vehicle presents various novelties with a most striking exterior style. Among the main changes that can be seen are its new 16 and 17-inch alloy wheels with a touch of black, in addition to the new Nissan logo on the wheels and on the front grill.
In terms of colors available for the bodywork, the offer will be expanded with the availability of the new Indigo Blue and Magnetic Blue tones, two options that join a chromatic offer made up of six base colors and another five bi-tone alternatives.

At a mechanical and technical level, the Japanese firm does not announce changes in this regard, so the range is maintained with the “base” version with 150 hp and a 40 kWh battery and, on a higher step, the e+ version with 218 CV and a 62 kWh capacity battery. In the best of cases and according to official homologation figures, the Nissan Leaf offers a range of about 385 kilometers.

Within the different safety and assistance systems, it should be remembered that the Leaf incorporates the global ProPilot semi-autonomous driving technology, with which the vehicle can stop completely, start moving again and automatically maintain distance security with the vehicle in front without the intervention of the driver.
Likewise, the driver will be able to benefit from the technological advances of the e-Pedal system, by which the vehicle will be able to accelerate, slow down and stop using only the accelerator pedal.

Onboard, the driver and passengers will be able to enjoy a state-of-the-art environment with different entertainment options thanks to the NissanConnect multimedia information, navigation and connectivity system, compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration/connection technologies for smartphones. For their part, all occupants can be connected to the Internet at all times thanks to the vehicle’s WiFi system (up to seven devices can be connected at the same time).
