The new Aston Martin DBX 707 has the honor of becoming the most powerful luxury SUV in the world with its 707 hp and 900 Nm of torque.
The segment of the most luxurious and exclusive vehicles welcomes the impressive Aston Martin DBX 707, the new version of the British firm’s SUV that is distinguished by a series of mechanical and aesthetic improvements that differentiate it from the DBX that we already knew.
First customer deliveries of the new Aston Martin DBX 707 are scheduled for this spring. Like the first DBX that we already knew, the new DBX 707 mounts the same 4.0 V8 gasoline engine, a propeller that has various and important modifications that make it exponentially increase its performance and features.
Specifically, in the mechanical section of the DBX 707, the main changes include the incorporation of two new turbos, a new exhaust system, and new electronic management. With all this, the British manufacturer announces a maximum power of 707 hp and a torque of 900 Nm, which represents an increase of 157 hp and 200 Nm compared to the “normal DBX”. It must be remembered that this V8 engine has the intelligent cylinder disconnection system, a system by which four of the eight cylinders are deactivated when the demand for force and the driving conditions allow less overexertion to the engine, something that results, therefore, in lower fuel consumption.

Another of the relevant technical innovations provided by the new version of this SUV is the incorporation of a new nine-speed automatic gearbox. This transmission continues to be a torque converter, although as a great novelty a type of mechanism is added using a wet-type multi-disc clutch. For its part, both the address and the electronic adjustments that regulate the operation of the variable suspensions and the stability control have also been recalibrated. Likewise, the brakes are also new and now huge 420 mm carbon-ceramic discs are mounted for the front wheels and 390 mm for the rear.

At the design level, as differentiating aesthetic elements, this new DBX 707 provides new bumpers, larger exhaust outlets, and specific design alloy wheels with a diameter of 22 inches (or 23 inches as an option). The interior also has its personality with new seats with sporty design and ergonomics and new controls to select the different driving modes of the vehicle.
