BMW continues with the tuning of the renewed 3 Series in both its Sedan and family or Touring body versions. Here you have the last hour of the new saloon.
BMW continues to be immersed in preparations to present the updated Series 3 at the end of this year 2022, a vehicle whose marketing would begin throughout 2023.
At the moment, there are no official images of the renewed model, although there are many spy images and several illustrations made by various specialized graphic designers, such as those published autobild, largus, autozeitung.
During the last hours, several prototype models corresponding to the Sedan and Touring (family) versions of the more than presumable new Series 3 2023 have been sighted in various parts of Europe. Of the latest spy images published on various websites around the world, some new ones stand out in which the German sedan appears with various sports additives thanks to the incorporation of several of the accessories and aerodynamic elements included in the special M Performance customization program. Parts.

Among the more than likely sports additive elements that the new 2023 Series 3 will have, stand out, among others, 19-inch alloy wheels in various designs (in the case of the warned prototypes, multi-spoke style). As for other parts of the exterior design that the next renewal of this model will adopt, the different “camouflage garments” of the prototypes hide almost the entire front and rear parts, as well as the more than presumed redesigned headlights and bumpers.
As with the outgoing model, M Performance Parts accessories may also include carbon fiber bumper extensions, side moldings, side skirts, a spoiler lip, and a rear diffuser. All these elements can also be combined with larger air intakes, which in most cases will be finished in black.

The seventh generation of the BMW 3 Series (G20) was launched in 2018, which means that it will be four years old this year. This update in the middle of its natural life cycle will bring discreet visual changes and more technology inside. In the passenger compartment, specifically, the leading role will reside in the large curved BMW screen, formed in turn by a group of digital instruments behind the 12.3-inch steering wheel and a 14.9-inch touch screen from which you can access all the functions and different entertainment, connectivity and information options of the eighth generation iDrive multimedia system.

2023 BMW 3 Series Engine
The mechanical offer of the renewal of the German saloon will not offer radical changes, although it is expected that many of its versions will adopt small internal technical modifications that will allow them to slightly reduce emission levels.
More specifically, gasoline engines, as is already the case with the 3 Series diesel that are still being marketed, will receive the arrival of micro-hybridization with 48V technology, and power levels should range between 184 and 304 hp. In the case of the diesel offer, there is some information indicating that the German brand could reduce its current range made up of three variants of 150, 286, and 340 hp. For its part, the versions with plug-in hybrid technology 320e (204 hp) and 330e (292 hp) will continue to be available in the update of this model that will be released later this year.
